The Hill is a spacious, elegantly rustic venue that provides breathtaking views of rolling hills, beautiful skies, and lush plants.
The Hill includes a beautiful open-air rustic barn pavilion made of ponderosa pine. The bridal suite is located upstairs and opens through barn doors onto the balcony overlooking the inside of the pavilion. Also located on the grounds are a groom's cabin and guest restrooms with the rustic theme. A walkway takes guests and bridal party from the pavilion to a ceremony site with the full panoramic view of the hills in the background.

Our goal is to make your wedding or other event planning as convenient, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible while providing an elegantly rustic and magical environment. The Hill is a spacious, elegantly rustic venue that provides breathtaking views of rolling hills, beautiful skies, and lush plants and trees with occasional sightings of deer and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The Hill includes an open-air elegantly rustic barn with an upstairs bridal suite with restroom. Also on the grounds are a groom’s cabin, restrooms, and a caterer's setup area. The barn can be used for the ceremony or the reception. There are also outdoor areas with spectacular views for use as ceremony or social gathering areas. Booking your wedding at The Hill includes the full use of all these facilities.

Free consultation and tour of The Hill
Full use of all facilities for a pre-determined amount of time per package purchased on the day of the wedding
Full use of all facilities and grounds for up to two hours at The Hill for engagement or bridal photos at a pre-scheduled time (bride, groom, and photographer)
Rehearsal at a pre-scheduled time, up to one-hour and based on availability

Wedding and Reception Pricing, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
A $1,500.00 nonrefundable down payment and a signed contract are required to reserve the date. Half the balance is due ninety days before the wedding date and the balance is due thirty days before the date. All payments become nonrefundable upon payment. Vendors and/or wedding party may arrive at 9:00 on the day of the wedding and must leave by 12:00. Music volume must be lowered at 10:00.
Two-hour Wedding or Reception Only or Wedding & Reception Combination Pricing, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
A $1,000.00 nonrefundable down payment and a signed contract are required to reserve the date. Half the balance of the fee is due ninety days before the event date and the final balance is due thirty days before the event, and all payments become nonrefundable upon payment. Up to two hours may be added to this package at the rate of $300 per hour. The 2- to 4-hour package begins when the bride and/or vendors arrive on the day of the wedding.
The Hill may be rented for memorials, quinceaneras, birthday parties, banquets, proms, family reunions, class reunions, corporate events, meetings, showers, and many other celebrations and social gatherings.

Security is provided for all weddings and events for additional fee of $25.00 per hour (required if alcohol is served).
Q How many guests can The Hill accommodate?
A We have tables and chairs to accommodate a sit-down dinner for 200, but the venue is open rather than a closed-in facility, so we can accommodate many more by expanding the seating outside of the covered area.
Q Does the number of guests include the wedding party?
A Yes, the number of guests includes the wedding party.
Q Do tables and chairs have to be rented at an additional cost?
A No, tables, chairs, and all the items listed under the heading "Wedding Packages Include:" are free with your rental of The Hill.
Q Do we have to stay and clean up after our event?
A No, we set up your ceremony and reception and clean up when it's over. You may come back the following day and pick up anything that you want to leave the evening of your event.
Q If we change our mind about renting the venue after saving our date by signing the contract and making the down payment, do we get the non-refundable down payment back?
A The down payment is non-refundable for any reason.
